Return Policy

Customers have the ability to return new, unopened items purchased through our webstore (www.store.ampac.edu), by phone, or in-person at live events, within 30 days of delivery. Such items are eligible for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and should be sent with care and packed in a way so as to prevent any damage during transit. We are not responsible if the item you want to return is lost in transit. With items for return, there are no exceptions to this policy. If the return is a result of our error or the product is defective, we will pay the return shipping costs. For any damaged or defective products that are sold and leave our facilities in this manner unbeknownst to us, a full refund will be issued. To expedite your return, please include the following information with your package:

_Your name
_A copy of your receipt
_Your order number
_Your email address
_Your daytime phone number
_Reason for the return

You will typically receive your refund within 4 weeks from the date of returning your item to us. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to receive your return, 3 to 5 business days to process the return, and 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the request for a refund. As a courtesy, you will be notified via e-mail when your return has been received and thoroughly processed.

Partial Refunds are also available for up to 90 days past the purchase date, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund proceeds. Partial refunds apply to the following situations: (1) Items that are returned more than 30 days past the date they were delivered, (2) Any CD, DVD, manual, or other product that has been taken out of its original plastic wrap packaging, excluding those that are found to be defective/damaged upon opening them, and (3) Any items that are not returned in the condition in which they were originally received.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you may request the same item and notify us by phone (800- 800-MIND) or in writing. You may also request a different item than the original one purchased. Please return the item to be exchanged to us in accordance with the Return Policy above, and once we receive it, you will be sent the appropriate refund for your original purchase. You may place another order for the item you wish to purchase and are not required to wait until your exchanged item is received by us to do so. Again, send the original item back to us in the same condition and packaging in which it was received. Please use care and proper handling to avoid any damage during transit. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your exchange item once it is received.

 

Product Purchased with a Training Enrollment

I understand that should I cancel my training within 30 days from the original enrollment date, I will be required to either return any training products that I receive in their original unopened packaging and in the original condition that they were received, or I may opt to keep the items and be charged the current full retail value for them. I understand that should I cancel my training once the 30 days from the original enrollment agreement date has passed, any items that I received are no longer able to be returned, and I will be charged the current full retail value of the products received.
